Skilled Nursing

If you need long-term care, your 24-hour nursing care will be coordinated with your physician. Our staff follows an individualized care plan and conducts ongoing health assessments. You are encouraged to participate in our recreational activities and religious services, and may also receive counseling from our chaplain and social workers.

• Short-term rehabilitation, including physical, occupational or speech therapy to prepare you to return home

Our licensed staff trained to meet your individual medical needs include registered nurse and physical, occupational and speech therapists. Beyond the care ordered by your personal physician, a wide range of clinical services is available, including Audiology, Optometry, Dentistry, Podiatry, Lab and X-ray, and Pharmacy.
